In some ways, Glad Rags was born in a burst of spontaneity, and a desperate need to create in an otherwise very difficult time. In another way, it is a culmination of years of growth and inspiration. Where my daughter and I longed to create something incredible that captured the essence of us and our mutual art.

Funky, inventive, and imperfect. Gathering things that were once beloved, taking them apart, and piecing them back together into wearable works of art. Upcycled, leaving nothing to the wayside. Each item is perfectly imperfect - one of a kind.

Glad Rags is the most exceptional example of all of us. To take things that are worn, tattered, and loved, and breathe new life into them with spunk, energy, and light.
