They are made with an elastic waist and a raw edge hem meant to be rolled and unrolled as your little ones grow.

Waist relaxed measures 14-16" and stretches up to 26"

Should fit a Toddler size 2 up to 5/6 depending on the size of your babe.

Length is 23" but meant to be rolled for the little ones.
